    UI/UX Designer • Nashville, TN • 2023 – Present

    • Utilizing Figma daily for our A.com design needs composing of components and our AUI assets, while designing new components to take the Asurion website CX to the next level.
    • Lead designer on quiz initiatives for A.com to better our understanding of our consumers and to better help them find the product they need–2024 OKR.
    • Lead designer on all D2C efforts within the A.com site.
    • Reworking D2C partner landing pages for Verizon and Amazon in their 2024 redesigns.
    • Led the Asurion Tech Care Quiz that had a 78% completion rate and 68% conversion rate the better help customers interested in our products learn which product is best for their household and in turn, signing up for a subcription with us.
    • Led the Amazon storefront redesign for Asurion, specifically the Individual Protection Plans Pages. Redesigned old content for a new facelift that is more pleasing to the eye and on brand with Asurion in 2025.
    • Led the creation of the Amazon quiz for our products as well.

    Lead Designer from conception through asset delivery for UI/UX, both organic & paid social, programmatic, and email assets.

    • Lead for campaign conception for BF/CM and both Spring and Fall Sales in 2022.
    • Contributed to creating a more cohesive brand post-refresh.
    • Assisted in website design & coding with our UX/UI agency, Hart & Vine.
    • Introduced Soundstripe to creating programmatic advertisements which lead to customer conversions.
    • In-house photographer for Soundstripe, photography taken resulted in customer conversions as well.

    Designer • Nashville, TN • 2018 – 2022

    Created diligently as part of the Creative Team within the Marketing Team to meet extremely tight deadlines, from concept to creation.
    • Worked with the Art Director to create the result-driven deliverables that conveys a disruptive yet compassionate marketing approach, often acted as the Art Director on both motion and static projects as well.
    • Created well under pressure collaboratively and independently while maintaining strong time management skills with the Brand, Paid, Organic, Experiential, and International Teams within SDC.
    • Internationally launched and created all print collateral and packaging for SDC Aligners & SmileCare products as Lead Designer within the US, CA, UK, ES, IR, AU, ND, DU, AU, NZ, HK, & SG.
    • Created a European commercial advertisement, while working on multiple US & global marketing campaigns such as Nighttime Aligners™, OOH city takeovers (NYC, SF, etc.), and partnerships with CVS & Watsons (China), just to name a few.
    • Presented and collaborated in the SmileDirectClub rebranding campaign for the 2020/2021 rollout of ‘Choose Smile’.
    • Created and directed social posts & stories in order to drive consumers to our website while helping millions of our Club Members find their inner confidence one day at a time.

    • Worked directly with the Brand Manager, Global Print Manager, Printers, and Designers onsite at Mars Petcare.
    • Managed multiple accounts including but not limited to Greenies, Pedigree, IAMS, Sheba, Temptations, Nutro, and Dentastix, to ensure the copy & color printed on the packages in store are maintained properly.
    • Implemented a high volume of packaging graphics projects on tight deadlines. Each change was documented and completed in order to create efficiency and cohesiveness across each account.
