Product & Content UI/UX Designer
At Asurion, I lead design efforts on Asurion.com using Figma to craft and maintain scalable UI components and align with AUI design standards. I spearhead key initiatives, including the D2C experience overhaul and interactive quiz flows aimed at improving product discovery and customer insight, which turned into a D2C experience for Amazon as well. Additionally, I have led design for high-impact partner landing page redesigns for old and new products for our clients which include AT&T, Verizon, Amazon, HP, just to name a few. These landing pages are built to elevate their digital presence within our ecosystem.

Asurion’s partnership with Amazon™ for protection on thousands of items got even better with Asurion Complete Protect, but Individual Plans are still an option for each piece of tech separately, as desired, while attempting to upsell ACP. This LP needed a major facelift – As the lead designer, I took it from A to B to align more with Asurion’s branding while creating a better UI experience for customers in the examples below. This was completed for 34 different categories and will soon launch Summer of 2026.

As the lead designer on our Black Friday assets, the 12 advertisements (between organic & paid social) drove 211% more orders than the rest of the year, resulting in our highest-grossing month for Asurion’s online store (www.ubreakifix.com) of 2025.
